Margam Castle sits on a site that has been occupied since the bronze age. From a thriving monastic community to a sprawling mansion to the current castle, the site has changed its look as often as it has changed hands. With a history of bitter disputes, devastating fires and of course murder, Margam Castle is known throughout the world and an incredibly haunted location.

On this tour we will visit areas of the castle where shadowy figures have been seen, faces have emerged out of the darkness and disembodied voices have been heard in the dead of night.
There are no gimmicks or actors lined up to jump out on us and this is NOT a paranormal investigation, nor can we guarantee any ghostly phenomena will occur. We have faithfully researched the history of this site and the paranormal stories we tell you are true accounts of what the staff, visitors, and guests on the tours have experienced at Margam Castle over the years.

- Your guide will meet you at the Orangery Car Park.
- Please check in at least 15 minutes before the start time as there will be no one at the gates after the scheduled start time
- Please bring a torch as you will need one to navigate the dark paths of the park and hallways of the castle. If you do not own a torch you can borrow one from your guides on the night.
- Please be aware that there are no toilet facilities before the tour starts and we do not schedule any comfort break. There are toilets available later on in the tour so if you do need to use the facilities then pelase let one of the guides know and they can arrange that.

Due to the size of the rooms we visit the number of people permitted on tours is limited. If the booking form shows no availability then we are afraid that particular tour is at capacity.
Unfortunately this tour is NOT wheelchair accessible due to the accessibility of the castle upper floors.
